Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stretch! We're excited to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers:

We use either FedEx or DPD for product delivery, depending on your location and the weight/size of your order. We select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders!

​

Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 2-3 days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery on the respective carrier's website (FedEx: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html or DPD: https://www.dpd.com/nl/en/receiving/track/).

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us for information on international shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by your country upon receipt of your order.

Important notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

We accept returns for:

  • Items lost in transit (Lost in transit: We will replace the lost item free of charge.)

  • Items that arrived damaged or ripped.

  • Incorrect items (wrong item shipped).

Damaged or ripped items:

Please email support@stretchwithcomfort.com for further instructions on returning the item(s) to the manufacturer.

Incorrect items:

Please return the product to the manufacturer at the address provided (address will be provided upon contacting support@stretchwithcomfort.com).

​

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

Exempt Goods:

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • All Underwear & Swimwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards.

  • Some health and personal care items.

​

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

​

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (Support@Stretchwithcomfort.com).
